It’s very clean , Pool is so Göod specially for kids can enjoy very well , Breakfast was very good, we like Glasshouse Restaurant concept, Room is comfortable, Staffs are helpful overall it’s value for money , Quite different than other Hotels in Qatar but it’s great and good change , hopefully winter time can enjoy more among Green Trees

Marvelous , the place to be for relaxation

Everything,the location , the glass house where we had breakfast was spectacular , the staff were friendly

I was surprised by the breakfast was a la carte in the weekdays opposite the weekends which is buffets

It was a wonderful and fun stay for the kids and I enjoyed the sushi at the Glass house returant at the 1st floor it’s a

The staff at the reciption are very helpful and kind thier amazing all of them. I loved the peace and quiet the mood at the hotel is nice and the swimming pool for kids is lovely.

Unfortunately my 2 kids drowned at the deep side of the swimming pool and the life guard was just watching them and laughing at the situation he didn’t do anything nor his job he didn’t jump in to help them even though I was telling him to save them he wasn’t at all very helpful.anyone who is visiting should keep a close eye on their children don’t count on the lifeguard or people to help.

comfortable, good value for money and friendly staff.

No free plug points in the room. Had to disconnect lamps to charge phone, computer, etc. Also, bed side lamps had no switches, had to use main switch behind the side table for on / off. Very inconvenient.

Gym facility, equipment as well as pool and Spa are excellent.

Old TV / remote with bad picture quality being reported to room service. Food is also not up to standard in quality and variety. Needs improvement.

My family enjoy a lot with the swimming pool and Jacuzzi and i am also enjoying at the GYM

The hotel is close to the Doha Torch and the beautiful Aspire Zone and Football field. The room is good, soft comfy bed and pillows, clean toilet and bathroom, breakfast buffet has more selection.

We actually reserved for two rooms and we got the room-320 and 321, when we enter the room there was a smell of cigarette which i don't like. We have tried to ask for another 2 rooms which is close to each other but it seems there was no available during that time.

Excellent experience and this is the second time and for sure not the last

Front office (Reception staff ) mrs Valentina was so polite and welcoming and give us time to choose room and helpful. All team service on time no delay great treatment I did felt me and my wife we are in palace not in a hotel

Awesome!

I was in Doha for business and the submission venue was beside the hotel. Bear in mind this is not a business hotel but they were very helpful by providing me with a club car to assist me in the delivery. The staff was extremely helpful and it apparently has a really good sushi restaurant that I sadly wasn't able to try.

I generally don't like overly classic hotels but the service level compensated for that.

We enjoyed our stay though there were few problems encountered but tolerable.

Location is excellent few minutes away from Villagio Mall. Friendly staffs and very accomodating. Sumptuous breakfast

Some stuffs were not in the room like toothpaste/toothbrush and hairdryer. We need to call and request them. Jacuzzi heater not working...according to their staff it was reported few days back. No wall clock near sauna (steam room) to check time spent inside.

PERFECT

The Hotel exceeded my expectations from the Victorian style interior of the Hotel, the deluxe room was fantastic, the staff are accommodating, the breakfast buffet was elegant and delicious and spa & sauna was really great.

Everything from the lobby, interior of the hotel, buffet breakfast, near to the malls, sauna and spa and swimming pool.

I like how it surrounded by greenery and it’s very quiet and relaxing

- The staff work in the reception are not friendly and don’t greet or show as if they work in a 5 stars hotel. Not a single smile and welcoming. I felt I was checking in at a 3 stars hotel. - Also we requested a toothpaste in the morning and it got delivered almost 25 min later - they handed us a handicap designated room. After we called to get a better room with a better view. !!

Place itself is cozy and elegant.

Place itself is cozy and elegant. Staff is very accommodating.

Though, we preferred double bed, but we got a 2-single beds joined to make it double. Hence, you will feel the foam connection gap in the middle :)

Overall its good for a short vacation in Doha.

The place is nice and clean, staff is accomodating the bed is big in twin room compared to other hotels in Doha.

Breakfast meals is not that much as I expected for a 5 star hotel. They need to put more variety of food specially their salad station.
